Not Much Time!!!

I've been a bit busy lately with everything going on in my life, so there hasn't been much time to post anything on my blog.
This past weekend was Thanksgiving weekend. It went pretty well!! Saturday we went Apple Picking at Orchalaw Farms in Norval, with our friends Jeremy, Brittany and their son Noah who is Ethans age, and Geremy's Aunt Rita, Uncle Edwin and his cousin Christine came too. It was lots of fun and I'll post some pictures later. Then after that we went to the trailer for the night. Sunday we had Thanksgiving dinner at the trailer and came home later that night.
Monday morning started early with a phone call my sister Terri-Dawn and her boyfriend Stephen welcomed their 2nd son into the world.
Ryder Calvin Gaius Sparkes was born Monday October 13th, at 5:18 (I think) weighing in at 7 lbs 8 oz.
Congratulations to my sister, Stephen and Big Brother Sidney!!
I can't wait to get to Newfoundland to see them both. Auntie loves you both Sidney and Ryder!!!
Also Geremy's sister Yolanda, her husband Marty and their daughter Mackenzie are awaiting the arrival of their 2nd child too. It'll be any day now, and i'll keep you posted. So exciting so many babies :)
I promise to post some pictures soon!!

Wedding Bands!!

One of my favorate wedding traditions is the exchange of the Wedding Bands. I don't really know why by I think its one of most exciting parts of a wedding, besides when the Bride is making her grand entrance.

Geremy and I have purchased the cd George Jones "Greatest Hits" and on the CD is a song "The Right Left Hand" I love the lyrics, and everything about the song, its a song that is played OVER AND OVER in our car. Take a look at the lyrics!!!

George Jones
"The Right Left Hand"

I've cried a million tears, down through the years. Searching for that special one. And the vows I took before, where all forever more, but no matter how I tried they came undone. Then the good lord finally gave me the true love of a lady, someone who believes in me. And she lets me know each day, that love is here to stay. I finally found someone who'll never leave.

CHORUS: I put a golden band on the right left hand this time, and the right left hand put a golden band on mine. When our hair is snowy white, time will prove I'm right. I put a golden band on the right left hand this time.
I'll never have to reach for the love that my heart needs, she'll be close enough to touch. And when the nights are long and cold, she'll be there to hold, all dressed up for one more night of love.

CHORUS: I put a golden band on the right left hand this time, and the right left hand put a golden band on mine. When our hair is snowy white, time will prove I'm right. I put a golden band on the right left hand this time.

Below are some pictures from our wedding of us exchanging our wedding bands.

Exciting News

Recently me and Geremy have talked about moving out of Brampton, theres a few reasons for that, having a 2 year old made us look at Brampton awhole new way in the past couple years, theres to much going on, and we don't want our son going to school here.

So we considered Fort McMurray, which sounds really good and its where the money is. But I haven't been to Newfoundland on over a year, My mom has only seen Ethan a week in the past year, and the rest of family has only seen pictures its been over a year since they have last seen him. If we moved to Alberta it would be longer before we could go to Newfoundland to see anyone, or come to Ontario to see family and friends. Another thing if we were to decide to go to Alberta we can't just pack up and go, Geremy would have to go for a month or so before we could, and find a apartment, job etc, so that would leave me and Ethan in Brampton by ourselves for awhile.

So our final decision and our big exciting news is.......

We're moving to NEWFOUNDLAND!!!

We talk everything over, and we decided to go for it, so this Christmas is going to be our first Christmas with out families in years, and their first Christmas with Ethan.

Also I haven't met my nephews Sidney and Austin, and my sister has another little boy on the way in the next 2 weeks. So i'm really excited about meeting them, and Ethan can play with his cousins. Then theres Riley who I haven't seen in the past year, and I bet he has gotten alot bigger since the last time we seen him. Ethan can play with Riley and Austin when we get to go see them. Then theres also Geremy's family he hasn't seen in years, he's exicted about seeing them again, and I'm excited about meeting his family, and for them to meet Ethan. Ethan on the other hand is 2 and is to young to understand, but he does ask to go see Aunt Bess so he can very soon.

Also I think being in Newfoundland with family will be a good thing, and Ethan will have lots of places to run and play. The only thing is Geremy isn't use to a small town but I think he can get use to it, and he knows what to expect.

So as of the end of November or early December we're packing up and moving east. (We've already started packing)

My Maid of Honor Laura......

I have to post a few pictures of my amazing Maid of Honor enjoying herself at our wedding......Just because I love her, she's one of my best friends, and the fact that SHE'S GONNA KILL ME....when she see's the pictures. But oh well she deserved to enjoy herself...not only for being my maid of honour but for being my best friend, the person who I can call late at night when everyone else is sleeping just to talk about random stuff, the person who the minute Lucas tells Peyton shes the one he wants to marry I rush to the phone to make sure she didn't miss it, and when Lindsay ran out of Church, or when Jamie fell in the pool....or any other major moments on One Tree Hill. The one I chat with online and then one of us will phone the other because we're tired of typing. The person who went shopping with me for NOT ONE.....BUT TWO Wedding Dresses and I did the same with her for her Maid of Honor dresses, went to Bridal Shows with me, Who gave me advice, even when I didnt need it and I do the same for her...lol the other person who understand ALL our inside jokes, one of very few people who besides myself likes Sourz Green Apple, Cranberry Juice and Vodka and most of all for HELPING ME DRIVE MY NEW HUSBAND NUTS.....with the calls, all the wedding details, times we had to run out to the mall, or store and whatever else we did to drive him crazy!!!!

So heres to you girl.

Our Best Man!!!!!

Later in our wedding while I was eating a peice of our yummy Strawberry Cream Wedding Cake, our best man started complaining about how he didnt get a peice of cake, so I asked him "Ronnie would you like me to go and get you a peice of cake" to which he replied, " I would love if I could have a peice of the cake"

So Ronnie here's to the saying "YOU CAN'T HAVE YOUR CAKE AND EAT IT TOO!!"

I got Ronnie his peice of Cake........ha ha ha!!!!

and Ronnie got it!!!! Love ya Buddy :) (He said it tasted good!!)

Catching Up!!

It's been awile since my last post, and since that time we are now MARRIED!!!

My wedding day was all I dreamed of and more, I woke up early that morning, went and got my hair done, then make-up and got ready for one of the biggest days of out lives. I was super exicted :) My groom on the other hand, although he may never admit this was Super Nervous :P......and I guess it didnt help that I was umm as our videograper taped in the video....lol I was 20 minutes late, will the ceremony started 20 minutes late anyways. But I guess like the saying " Always Late but Worth the Wait".

After the Ceremony we headed to the park in Norval across from Nashville North, now know as West 7, for our pictures, and I must say, we had the most amazing photograpers, Christa and Holly, you both done such an amazing job, and the pictures are absolutely beautiful.

The reception was also amazing, great food, everyone did such an amazing job, and we had a really good turn out. Then on to the basic wedding details, cake in the face of both the BRIDE AND GROOM, its not a cake fight unless its both people. First dance, which Geremy had alot of trouble trying to decide what song we were going to have for our first dance. It went from Alan Jackson "Remember When" to Clint Black "When I said I do" to Big and Rich "Lost in this Moment" and he finally decided about 2 1/2 weeks before the wedding to go back to "When I said I do" by Clint Black.so had our own little entertainer.....Ethan danced to the Newfie Stomp along with his buddy Ralph and it was so funny and cute, he did an awesome job. Myself he gets his dance moves from his mommy......lol.

I also want to take the time to thank my wonderful wedding party who help in every way they could and were there for us on our special day, Thank you Laura, Jillienne, Brittany, Amanda, Ronnie, Scott, Jeremy, Harry, and also Emma and Ethan who were the cutest Ringbearer and Flowergirl ever.

I also want to thank everyone who helped decorate, helped with food. I want to thank our DJ, MC, Photograpers, and anyone else i'm forgetting.

Will I hope you like the pictures. I know I do :)
